About The Mission

The Sharon Baptist Church Atlanta Mission Trip is a faith-centered travel experience designed to bring the church community together through service, fellowship, worship, and meaningful connection.

Travelers will participate in mission work with The Favor Church in Atlanta, guided by Dr. Berry, the lead reverend of the church.

Depart from LaGuardia Airport and arrive at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. After arrival, travelers will check in at Hyatt Place Atlanta Buckhead and gather for a welcome fellowship moment and trip orientation.

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel before participating in mission work with The Favor Church, guided by Dr. Berry. This day is centered on service, faith, and community connection.

After breakfast, the group will participate in a half-day of mission service. In the afternoon, travelers may choose to join an optional Atlanta Black history tour to explore the city’s powerful cultural and historical legacy.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before a day of service and fellowship at The Favor Church. This day is designed for worship, connection, reflection, and shared community experience.

Enjoy breakfast, check out, and prepare for the return flight to New York.

Since this is a domestic trip within the United States, a passport is not required for U.S. citizens traveling from New York to Atlanta.

    Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your deposit and confirming your participation in the Sharon Baptist Church Atlanta Mission Trip.

    RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

    A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is required to secure your package and confirm your participation in the trip.

    Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued.

    Pricing and availability are subject to change until your reservation has been officially confirmed.

    PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    All travelers are responsible for submitting payments on time according to the established payment schedule.

    Payment Schedule:

    • $150 Deposit — Due at Booking

    • $175 — Due June 8, 2026

    • $175 — Due June 22, 2026

    • $175 — Due July 6, 2026

    • $175 — Due July 20, 2026

    • $100 — Due August 10, 2026

    Failure to remain current on payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    All payments made toward the trip are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Because airfare, hotel accommodations, and group arrangements are secured in advance, cancellations may result in penalties and loss of payments already made.

    No refunds will be issued for:

    • Missed flights

    • Missed activities

    • Voluntary withdrawal from the trip

    • Failure to provide required travel documentation

    • Failure to make payments on time

    ROOMING POLICY

    Travelers selecting double occupancy are responsible for choosing their roommate unless otherwise arranged.

    Triple and quadruple room requests must be coordinated directly with Sha prior to booking confirmation.

    If a roommate cancels, the remaining traveler may become responsible for any additional occupancy costs.

    TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & IDENTIFICATION

    Travelers are responsible for obtaining and bringing all required identification and travel documents.

    For this domestic trip, travelers must bring:

    • A valid government-issued photo ID

    • Any identification required by TSA for domestic air travel

    Failure to present proper identification may result in denied boarding without refund.

    FLIGHT & ITINERARY CHANGES

    Airlines, hotels, activities, transportation providers, and trip schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

    True Nirvana Travel and Sharon Baptist Church reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary when necessary due to operational needs, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond control.

    HEALTH & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

    Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the trip activities.

    Any medical conditions, mobility concerns, dietary restrictions, or special accommodations should be communicated prior to travel.

    Travelers are responsible for bringing any necessary medications and personal health items.

    CONDUCT & COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

    This is a faith-centered group experience centered on fellowship, service, and community.

    All travelers are expected to:

    • Conduct themselves respectfully

    • Treat fellow travelers, church leadership, hotel staff, and community partners appropriately

    • Follow group instructions and scheduled meeting times

    • Participate in the trip in a respectful and cooperative manner

    Disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from activities or dismissal from the trip without refund.

    LIABILITY

    True Nirvana Travel and Sharon Baptist Church act only as coordinators for travel services and are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, accidents, weather disruptions, airline cancellations, or circumstances beyond their control.

    By submitting payment toward this trip, travelers acknowledge and accept these terms and assume responsibility for participation in travel activities.
