Booking & Payments
Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and your traveler information form is completed.
Deposit amount: $350 per person (non-refundable).
Standard Plan: $350 deposit → 25% due 60 days after booking → remaining balance due by September 15, 2026.
Monthly Plan: $350 deposit → equal monthly payments through September 15, 2026.
Late payments may result in cancellation and/or loss of reserved space.
Pricing & Rooming
Pricing is per person and based on selected occupancy (Twin Shared or Solo Private).
Shared rooms require a roommate. If you book shared and do not have a roommate, True Nirvana will attempt to match you; if not possible, you may be required to upgrade to Solo or pay a single supplement (if available).
Room types, hotel names, and exact properties may change based on availability, while maintaining the promised category/standard.
Changes to Itinerary
The itinerary is curated and may be adjusted due to weather, vendor availability, closures, or operational needs.
True Nirvana reserves the right to substitute experiences of equal value and intent.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation penalties increase as departure approaches due to supplier policies.
If you cancel, you are responsible for any non-recoverable costs already paid to suppliers on your behalf.
No refunds are issued for missed experiences due to late arrival, early departure, or personal choice.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required in final booking terms.
Insurance should include: trip cancellation/interruption, medical, baggage, and travel delay coverage.
Traveler Conduct
This is a luxury small-group experience. Travelers are expected to be respectful to hosts, vendors, staff, and fellow travelers.
True Nirvana reserves the right to remove any traveler for disruptive behavior; removal does not guarantee refund.
Passport & Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passport, required entry documentation, and meeting airline requirements.

Dietary needs are accommodated when possible, but cannot be guaranteed at every location.

3) Is this trip only for “foodies”?
It’s for anyone who loves indulgence done well—beautiful meals, great wine, markets, and curated dining experiences. You don’t need to be a “food critic” to enjoy it.
4) What’s included in the experience?
Your hotels, daily breakfast, hosted Welcome Dinner, hosted Closing Feast Dinner, a curated tasting lunch, scheduled tastings/experiences, and group transfers between Cape Town and the Winelands (as scheduled), plus True Nirvana hosting and coordination.
5) Are flights included?
No—international airfare is not included.
6) Do you include airport transfers?
Yes, they are included.
7) Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We’ll collect your dietary needs during booking and accommodate where possible, but cannot guarantee modifications at every venue.
8) How many people are in the group?
Small-group by design. (If you want, we can set an official cap like 16 travelers to match your other trips.)
9) What’s the deposit and payment plan?

10) Are refunds available?
Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments are subject to supplier cancellation policies and may be non-recoverable as the trip approaches.
11) Do I need travel insurance?
Strongly recommended and may be required in final terms. It protects you for cancellations, delays, medical issues, and baggage disruptions.
12) Is there free time?
Yes. We intentionally leave time for your own reservations, shopping, rest, and exploring—especially in Cape Town.
13) What should I pack?
Light layers + elevated dinner looks, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for evenings, and one “main character” outfit for the Closing Feast.
14) Can I come solo?
Yes—book Feast Solo (Private) for your own room, or book shared if you have a roommate (matching may be possible if you don’t).
15) What currency is used in South Africa?
South African Rand (ZAR). Credit cards are widely accepted; we’ll provide tips for cash + spending.
