1) Tickets are limited + non-transfer policies

• Tickets are limited capacity and may sell out. Once a tier sells out, a waitlist may be offered.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• Ticket transfers/resales are only permitted if the festival explicitly allows it (if allowed, you must follow the official transfer process). Unauthorized resales may be voided.

2) Event changes

• Programming (including performers, facilitators, schedule, zones, and offerings) is subject to change.

• Ticket holders will be notified of major updates when possible, but changes do not qualify for refunds.

3) Entry + security

• All guests must present a valid ticket (and ID if requested).

• The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for unsafe behavior, harassment, intoxication, illegal activity, or violation of venue/festival rules—without refund.

4) Healing + workshops + add-on capacity

• Healing sessions, workshops, ceremonies, rides, and culinary experiences are limited capacity and may require:

• Inclusion does not guarantee unlimited availability; access is subject to scheduling, capacity, and operational constraints.

5) Medical + wellness disclaimer

• Wellness offerings (reiki, acupuncture, massage, breathwork, etc.) are intended for general wellness and are not medical treatment.

• Guests participate at their own risk and should consult a qualified professional regarding any health concerns.

• Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant needs/allergies/conditions to practitioners when applicable.

6) Weather + force majeure

• The festival may proceed rain or shine, with adjustments for safety.

• The festival is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, etc.). Refunds, if any, will follow the official policy.

7) Photography + filming

• By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed and grant permission for your likeness to be used for festival and brand marketing without compensation.

• Professional cameras may be restricted unless credentialed.

8) Vendor purchases

• Purchases made from vendors are separate transactions between you and the vendor. The festival is not responsible for vendor products, services, pricing, or fulfillment.

9) Liability

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending a live event (including crowds, travel, weather, physical activity).

• The festival and venue are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage, except where required by law.

10) Accessibility

• The festival aims to support accessibility needs. Certain areas/experiences may have constraints due to venue layout. Guests should review accessibility details and reach out in advance when possible.

• True Nirvana Festival is a respectful, inclusive, and wellness-forward space. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

What is True Nirvana Festival?

True Nirvana Festival is a one-day cultural immersion rooted in music, wellness, creativity, and collective joy. It is designed as a ceremonial experience—not a traditional music festival—with intentional pacing, healing-forward spaces, and Renaissance-inspired artistry.

How many people will attend?

Attendance is intentionally limited. We plan to sell approximately 5,500 tickets, with additional space reserved for artists, press, and operations to preserve comfort, flow, and calm energy.

What’s the difference between GA, VIP and Inner Circle?

Each tier is designed around ease and access:

• General Admission (The Journey): Full festival access with optional upgrades.

• VIP (The Bliss Pass): Prime seating, early entry, lounge access, and priority booking for healing experiences.

The True Nirvana Carousel is a custom, art-forward ride experience designed as a visual and symbolic icon of the festival.

What is the Afterglow Pass?

The Afterglow Pass is a limited evening-entry ticket allowing access from the Golden Hour arc through closing. Availability depends on overall ticket sales and capacity.

Can I leave and re-enter the festival?

Re-entry policies will be announced closer to the event and may vary by ticket tier and time of day.

What should I wear?

Dress for comfort, movement, and self-expression. This is an outdoor venue—layering is recommended for evening. Some guests may choose barefoot or grounding-friendly footwear.

Is the festival all-ages?

Is the festival accessible?
