Pricing & What It’s Based On
Prices are per person and based on double occupancy (Twin) or single occupancy (Solo) as selected.
Pricing is subject to change prior to deposit due to hotel availability, exchange rates, and supplier increases. Once deposited, your price is locked based on your invoice terms (excluding any later upgrades you choose).
Name Accuracy
Traveler names must match passports exactly. Name changes may incur supplier fees and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Additional cancellation penalties typically increase as departure approaches (including potential forfeiture of 100% of trip cost). Exact penalties are provided in your booking documents and supplier confirmations.
If you cancel, any recoverable refund (if applicable) will be returned per supplier timelines and payment method rules.
Trip Changes / Itinerary Flexibility
True Nirvana may adjust the itinerary due to weather, closures, transport delays, vendor availability, or to protect the quality of the experience.
Comparable substitutions may be made when needed. No refunds are provided for itinerary adjustments that do not materially reduce trip value.
Minimum / Maximum Group Size
This is a curated small-group experience. If minimum participation is not met, True Nirvana may offer:
an alternative departure,
a modified itinerary/price, or
cancellation with refund of recoverable payments excluding non-refundable deposits and supplier penalties.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required. You are responsible for coverage that fits your needs (medical, cancellation, interruption, baggage, etc.).
Responsibility & Conduct
Travelers are responsible for their own belongings and purchases (including authentication decisions and return policies).
Respectful conduct is required; True Nirvana may remove a traveler from the trip for disruptive or unsafe behavior with no refund.
Health & Mobility
Travelers must be able to manage walking, stairs, and public transportation typical of Japan’s cities. Any accessibility needs must be disclosed at booking so we can advise on feasibility.
Documentation & Liability
By booking, travelers agree to the traveler agreement, supplier terms, and assume standard travel risks. True Nirvana acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and local vendors.
