Here are a few tips from us to help you enjoy your candle experience:

The first time you burn your candle, please allow it to burn for 2-3 hours to create a full melt pool. Melt pool simply means that the melted wax reaches all the way to the edge of the container. This ensures a clean, even burn all the way down. If the first burn time is too short, the candle will only burn down the center, creating a tunnel effect.

To prevent fire and serious injury:

Burn candle within sight. Keep candle away from drafts and vibrations. Keep candle out of reach of children and pets. Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. 

Burning Instructions: 

Trim candle wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Shipping & Returns

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. All candles are made to order. Due to the time it takes to pour and cure, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement and will be shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders will arrive within 3-8 business days after shipment. ***Please keep in mind the USPS is experiencing delays so your candle may take longer to reach you***

NO RETURNS. If your candle was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue and resend a new candle.
