It is an honor for us to organize the Davis’ wedding in Panama. You have been selected from a pool of loved ones to celebrate in this joyous occasion with them.

Kenny and Yesseña met on the first day of their freshman year at Rochester Institute of Technology. While studying the same major, Mechanical Engineering Technology, they developed a friendship that later blossomed into deeper feelings. Despite all the odds, for more than 9 years Kenny and Yesseña have loved, challenged, and pushed one another. Being in a long distance relationship for more than 6 years, this union is a true testament of their love, their resilience, and their commitment to being life long partners. This union is a celebration in more ways than one. Kenny and Yesseña are excited to bring their friends and families together in Panama; the wonderful home country of Yesseña's family.

Accommodation Details

Hotel: The Westin Playa Bonita Panama

Room Type: Deluxe Room

Room Rates:

  • Single Occupancy: $277 per night

  • Double Occupancy: $380 per night

  • A surcharge of USD $150.00 per night applies for a third adult in the room.

  • Children up to 5 years old are complementary; children from 6 to 12 years old are charged $95 per child per night.

Anyone 13 years old and up are charged the adult rate.

The hotel allows a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 12), or 3 adults per room.

A MINIMUM of 2 nights is required.

The hotel cannot guarantee additional beds for confirmed room types including suites.

These rates do not include state taxes. The taxes will be included on your final invoice.

Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation and place at the Davis wedding you must make your first deposit by November 18, and book your flight as soon as possible in order to guarantee the best available rate.

  • $300 per person deposit due upon booking.

  • $200 per person due December 2, 2019.

  • Balance due March 2, 2019.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit is nonrefundable.

  • 40% of your payment is nonrefundable when it is cancelled between 179 days to 120 days prior to travel.

  • 60% of your payment is nonrefundable when it is cancelled between 119 days to 90 days prior to travel.

  • 80% of your payment is nonrefundable when it is cancelled between 89 days to 31 days prior to travel.

  • 100% of your payment is nonrefundable when it is cancelled between 30 days prior to travel.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will I be able to eat at the resort for free upon my arrival?

    • The meal plan starts with a buffet dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on departure day.

  • If I am late with a payment, will I be penalized?

    • You are subject to receive a $10 per person, per day late fee.

  • What does single occupancy mean?

    • Occupancy refers to the number of people in the room so when you see single occupancy that means 1 person will be staying in the room. Double occupancy means 2 people, triple occupancy means 3 people and so on.

  • Can I use my Marriott points to book my stay?

    • Yes you can. You will have to book directly through the Marriott Bonvoy page. Keep in mind, you will not be apart of the wedding hotel group.

  • How far is the airport from the hotel?

    • A straight ride is between 45 minutes to an hour one way, depending on traffic.

  • What is the best airport to fly into?

    • Tocumen International Airport (PTY).

  • Can I reserve transportation with you?

    • Yes, private roundtrip transportation is $80 per person.
